New AmplifyFE Impact Report celebrates five years of supporting FE professionals

Ufi is proud to celebrate a significant milestone for AmplifyFE – the publication of their 2025 Impact Report, marking five years of supporting professionals across Further Education, skills, and vocational education.

As part of our Strategic Partnership with the Association for Learning Technology, AmplifyFE was launched in 2020 and has since grown into a UK-wide community of practice connecting over 3,700 professionals.

AmplifyFE has enabled valuable connections between educators, innovators, and technology developers, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange that is strengthening the vocational education sector.

The Impact Report shows remarkable growth and engagement since its inception five years ago. Highlights from the report include:

  • Nearly 400 Communities of Practice are now mapped across the sector, almost quadrupling since the network launched.
  • Close to 300 events have been promoted through the FE Diary, reaching thousands of professionals.
  • The community has produced extensive resources including blog posts, podcasts, webinars, and regular newsletters, whilst community engagement has grown substantially.
