Nominations open for the Get the Nation Learning Awards 2026
Ufi is proud to sponsor the Learning with Technology Award at this year’s Get the Nation Learning Awards, one of the biggest celebrations of lifelong learning in England.
Shining a light on individuals and organisations making a real difference through adult learning, the awards recognise the role learning plays in opening up opportunities and improving lives.
As part of our Strategic Partnership with Learning and Work Institute, which leads the Get the Nation Learning campaign, we are sponsoring the Learning with Technology Award.
This award recognises employers, adult learning providers and community organisations using technology to enhance learning for work. It celebrates approaches that help people build relevant skills in flexible and innovative ways. Whether through digital platforms, immersive tools or blended delivery models, the award highlights how technology can improve access, confidence and outcomes for learners.

At the 2025 awards, Redbridge Institute of Adult Education won the Learning with Technology Award for its innovative use of artificial intelligence and virtual reality in adult learning.
Their approach enabled learners to practise real world scenarios, such as job interviews, in safe, immersive environments. This helped build confidence and supported progression into employment, demonstrating the transformative potential of technology when it is applied with learner needs at its core.
