These terms and conditions apply to digital events organised by Ufi VocTech Trust (Ufi), registered at First Floor, 10 Queen Street Place, London EC4R 1BE By registering for an event you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, Ufi owns copyright for the content presented in the digital event. Some of the copyright may be owned by individual presenters and is included on our website under a licence or agreement. Content can only be recorded or reproduced with the express permission of Ufi.
If we make copies of the presentations available post-event, they will be available for personal/non-commercial use only. The content must not be modified or republished in any way without prior consent.
If you seek to reproduce or otherwise use the content in any way it is your responsibility to obtain approval for such use.
Links
Presentations or webinars may contain links to other websites over which Ufi has no control. Ufi makes no representations about the accuracy of information contained on those websites. We are not liable for the content on those websites.
Registrations
By registering for a webinar or to take part in a digital event, consent is given for application details to be used to set up and manage the webinar.
Cancellation
If for any reason, the event is required to be cancelled by Ufi, a notification email will be sent as soon as possible. Ufi shall not be liable for reimbursing any costs incurred by individual delegates.
Digital events may be recorded
Our digital event platforms include a feature that allows audio, video and any documents and other materials exchanged or viewed during the session to be recorded. By joining an event, you automatically consent to such recordings. You grant us an irrevocable license to use and sub-license the use of your name, voice, likeness, image, statements and any contribution made by you at or to the event in any and all media (whether now known or hereinafter invented) throughout the world and in perpetuity.
Expulsion
Ufi reserve the right to expel any person or persons who in the opinion of Ufi is deemed to be involved in or behaving in a manner contrary to the best interests of the event.

We comply with the Data Privacy Laws which are (a) the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (or “GDPR”); (b) the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (as amended); (c) the Data Protection Act 2018; (d) any superseding legislation; and (e) all other applicable laws and regulations relating to the processing of personal data and/or governing individuals’ rights to privacy .
