What we do

Championing the power of vocational technology to improve skills for work

Ufi champion the power of technology to improve skills for work and deliver better outcomes for all.

We deliver our work through four key workstreams:

  • Grant funding - acting as a funding partner and essential friend to innovators in skills development;
  • Direct investment - investing in companies with the potential to transform learning for work through Ufi Ventures;
  • Strategic Partnerships - working with organisations who share our mission to maximise our collective impact and accelerate the pace of change; and
  • Advocacy - using our collective experience and insights to change the conversation around the use of technology for vocational skills development.

To tackle specific challenges facing adult leaners in the UK we bring our workstreams together around a VocTech Challenge.
