Caroline supports funded projects from development of their project plan through to completion. She also acts as Cohort Manager for the VocTech Challenge fund.

Before joining Ufi, I worked in a variety of IT roles in both the public and private sectors – from hands on helpdesk and configuration, through to managing large databases, and development and implementation teams. Through this I became particularly interested in the factors that prevent adoption of new systems, processes, and software, and went on to gain an International Diploma in Business Analysis specialising in benefits management, business acceptance and business change. I do still really enjoy getting hands on with anything to do with systems process and development, and data management.
Ufi has brought me exposure to an even wider range of sectors and technologies, as well as the world of vocational skills. I find the start of a new cohort extremely rewarding, getting to know the people and the stories behind the projects, and it is a privilege to work with so many people and organisations who are focused on making a difference.
