To support, motivate and engage apprentices, using Microsoft Teams to enable digital and remote learning and prevent apprenticeships being lost.
The project provided a combination of 1-2-1 and group online training and support for the implementation of Microsoft Teams for apprentices, assessors and employers. 235 apprentices were added to Microsoft Teams with 93 actively participating during the summer despite workplace restrictions.
