CAPSLOCK delivers intensive online cyber security bootcamps designed to help adults reskill for careers in a high-demand sector. Programmes are delivered entirely within a collaborative digital learning environment built to simulate real working scenarios, helping learners develop job-ready skills and experience.

How they make impact:

CAPSLOCK removes barriers to retraining by enabling learners to access career-changing education without paying upfront costs. Through its online bootcamp model, expert mentor support and focus on practical vocational outcomes, CAPSLOCK helps people develop the skills needed to enter cyber security roles and access quality employment in a sector facing significant skills shortages.

Background:

Ufi invested in CAPSLOCK in March 2021 alongside GC Angels. The investment aligned with Ufi’s focus on improving access to skills and employment by removing financial barriers to training and helping adults gain skills for work in high-demand sectors such as cyber security.

CAPSLOCK was acquired by mthree in June 2026.
