Springpod is a careers platform that helps young people explore education and employment opportunities before they apply. Through virtual work experience programmes, degree tasters and career exploration content, the platform connects students with employers, further education providers and universities, helping them make informed decisions about their future.

Springpod helps young people build confidence, develop employability skills and gain insight into potential career pathways through meaningful virtual experiences.
By providing access to employers, apprenticeships, further education and higher education opportunities, the platform helps students better prepare for their next step while improving awareness of the options available to them
Background:
Ufi invested in the company in July 2021. Co-investors included Triple Point and MSIF.
The investment aligned with Ufi’s focus on increasing access to high-quality work experience and helping young people explore the full range of opportunities available in work, training and education.
